Questions & Answers

Britax Marathon 70 G3 vs Britax Marathon 70 – What’s the difference?

Besides a few styling changes and of course the new name, the biggest difference between these two seats is the buckle system and hugs harness changes. The hugs harness is safer and more comfortable according to Britax and the new buckle system will keep your child from sitting on the buckles while you put them into the seat. Depending on the car you drive and how many kids you have, you’ll probably really benefit from that feature. My kid is constantly sitting on the buckle when I put her into her Marathon 70 and it always takes a few extra stressful minutes to get her straps out from under her!
